1976 - Candice Bergen, Lorne Michaels and Frank Zappa were guests on Saturday Night Live.

1982 - Eddie Murphy, Lionel Richie and Harry Anderson were guests on Saturday Night Live. Eddie Murphy hosted the show while still a cast member. The scheduled host Nick Nolte backed out of the show mid-week.

1993 - Sally Field and Tony! Toni! Tone! were guests on Saturday Night Live.

1999 - Danny DeVito and R.E.M. were guests on Saturday Night Live.

2004 - Colin Farrell and the Scissor Sisters were guests on Saturday Night Live.

2010 - Paul Rudd and Paul McCartney were guests on Saturday Night Live. Paul McCartney performed "Jet," "Band on the Run," "A Day in the Life," "Give Peace a Chance," and "Get Back."
