1968 - The Elvis Presley song "U.S. Male" hit #28 in the U.S.
1974 - Robert Plant and Elvis Presley did an impromptu version of "Love Me" in the hallway after they met after a concert by Presley. Richard Cole and Elvis swapped watches during the meeting.
1993 - The Elvis Presley compilation album "Elvis 56" hit #42 in the U.K.
2005 - CBS aired the second part of the new four-hour mini-series "Elvis." The first part had been aired on May 8. Jonathan Rhys Meyers played the part of Elvis.
