1986 - Prince, Andre Cymone and Brown Mark performed with Mazarati at the St. Paul Winter Carnival's Fun Fair.

1991 - Prince's former managers, Joseph Ruffalo, Robert Cavallo and Steve Fargnoli, filed a suit claiming that they were owed severance pay and punitive totally $600,000. Prince had fired the managers in 1988.

1993 - Warner Bros. and Paisley Park Enterprises released a statement that announced the end of their joint venture.
