1965 -The Beach Boys single "Barbara Ann" was released.
1967 - Jethro Tull was formed.
1975 - Joe Walsh joined the Eagles, replacing original member Bernie Leadon. Leadon left for a solo career.
1981 - The musical "Dreamgirls" opened on Broadway. The show was based on the careers of the Supremes.
