Ronald Reagan History

1982 - President Reagan held a briefing on Soviet arms and noted that "it was a sobering experience". He felt that there could be no argument against our re-arming when one saw the production complex the Soviets had established for the manufacturing of every kind of weapon and war machine.

1983 - "The task that has fallen to us as Americans is to move the conscience of the world, to keep alive the hope and dream of freedom." - President Reagan, February 18, 1983

Random Ronald Reagan Quote

"The societies which have achieved the most spectacular broad-based economic progress in the shortest period of time are not the most tightly controlled, not necessarily the biggest in size, or the wealthiest in natural resources. No, what unites them all is their willingness to believe in the magic of the marketplace."
- Ronald Reagan, September 29, 1981
